Refreshments for summer

At this time of the year I constantly feel the need of a fresh juice to calm me down, don't you feel the same? Summer leaves me craving for fresh juices all the time.

So I gathered 3 recipes that are easy and quick to make to cool your summer quench! 





Summer Fruit Slush

Ingredients:

4 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp limejuice
100 ml sparkling water
350g frozen summer fruits
(Such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
4 ice cubes

Decoration:

Fresh whole raspberries and blackberries on a cocktail stick

Directions:

Pour the orange and lime juice with the sparkling water into food processors and process gently until combined.

Add the summer cubes fruits and ice cubes and process until a slushy consistency has been reached.

Pour the mixture into a glass and decorate 


  






Cranberry Sunrise

Ingredients:
 
300 ml cranberry juice
100 ml orange juice
150 raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice

Decoration:

Slice of fresh orange or lemon.

Directions:

Pour the cranberry juice and orange juice into a food processor and process gently until combined.

Pour mixture into a glass and add decoration










Melon and pineapple juice:

Ingredients:


100 ml pineapple juice
4 tbsp orange juice
125 g melon cut into chunks
140g frozen pineapple chunks
4 ice cubes

Decoration:

Slice of orange

Directions:

Pour the pineapple juice and orange juice into a food processor and process until gently combined.

Add lemon, pineapple chunks and ice cubes and process until a slushy consistency has been reached.

Pour the mixture into a glass and decorate. Serve at once.
